Betting Backoffice Overview

The Betting Backoffice (Betting BO) is your day-to-day control panel for the DATA.BET sportsbook. From here you can see every bet your players have placed, configure the content shown on your site, and tune how the sportsbook looks and behaves — all without needing a developer.

Who uses the Betting BO?

If you manage a sportsbook brand, you'll use the Betting BO to:

  • Watch the live stream of incoming bets and intervene if something looks wrong (e.g. cancel an individual bet, or escalate a suspicious match to your trading team)
  • Open up any single match to see its markets, the bets riding on each outcome, and your current risk exposure
  • Investigate why your platform didn't receive a callback (notification) that we sent
  • Update the banners and tournaments shown on your site
  • Adjust how the sportsbook page looks for each of your brands

You don't need any technical background — the interface is designed for operators, customer-support agents, and content managers. Terms in bold are defined in the Glossary.

All times follow your browser's timezone

Every timestamp you see or enter in the Betting BO — bet times, kickoff times, callback dates, banner schedules, manual-ranker activation times, hot-bundle creation dates, every other scheduling field — is in your browser's local timezone. The underlying data is stored as UTC; the UI converts it for display and accepts your inputs in the same local zone. You don't need to convert anything yourself unless the player you're investigating is in a different timezone from you.

Getting started

If you don't have an account yet, ask your integration manager — your dedicated contact at DATA.BET (the same person who set up your integration). They'll create the account and email you the login URL together with your credentials.

Once you're in, the left sidebar is your map — the entries below cover the areas documented in this guide. The sidebar also exposes a few platform-managed sections (Risk management, Permissions, Features Control, Action Logs, System settings) that aren't part of operator-facing documentation; ask your integration manager if you need to use them.

What's in this section

  • Bets — your real-time feed of every bet, plus the lists of Free Bets and Bet Insurance bonuses that have been issued. Start here when a player asks "did my bet go through?"
  • Match — drill into a single sport event to see its markets, the bets placed on it, and the money exposed on each outcome. Useful when something looks off on a specific game.
  • Callbacks — every notification we send to your platform is logged here. Start here when your platform reports a missing bet acceptance or settlement.
  • Content — change which banners and tournaments are shown on your sportsbook site, without touching any code.
  • SPA Config — tune the runtime behaviour and visual theme of the sportsbook on your site.
  • Glossary — short definitions for every term used in this section.
